Start off with laying the Papdis into a plate/bowl and arrange them in an appealing manner.
In some shops of Amritsar, the Papdis are marinated for 5 minutes in the tamarind chutney and then arranged. Dahi Bhalla is also an optional item that you can add to the Chaat. But if you are adding Dahi Bhalla, make sure you soak it in water for some time before getting it into use.
Get all the ingredients ready, which are to be used as toppings.
Spread chopped boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas over it before spilling the curd over it.
Now add the required amount of sweet curd over the chaat accompanied by both the chutneys which gives the flavor to the chaat.
